Building Description: Coast to Coast Heating & Air is housed in a beautiful metal building located in Ocala, Florida. Florida Metal Building Services served as the general contractor for this project, handling both the complete build-out and the metal building erection. This spacious facility measures 60’ x 125’ x 16’, offering 7,500 square feet under roof, which includes 2,700 square feet of office space and 4,800 square feet of warehouse space. Designed for versatility and efficiency, this structure provides ample room for a growing HVAC company, combining a spacious office for a large staff with an adjoining warehouse for housing tools and HVAC materials to keep operations running smoothly.
