Before joining Florida Metal Building Services LLC (FMBS), Shelley co-owned a successful construction framing company in The Villages, where she gained valuable hands-on experience in project management and financial planning. This entrepreneurial background provided her with practical insights into the fast-paced construction industry and further developed her leadership skills.
At FMBS, Shelley plays a key role on the leadership team by managing complex schedules, overseeing vendor accounts with accuracy, and handling detailed financial reporting—tasks that are essential for smooth daily operations. She is proficient in software platforms such as QuickBooks, JobNimbus, and Microsoft Office Suite. To stay ahead in an evolving industry, Shelley is also learning Sage and Procore to enhance her technical capabilities.
