Mr. Richard presents (30) years of commercial and industrial construction experience with a proven expertise of timely completion of high-quality, budget sensitive, and safe projects on multiple sites simultaneously. Mr. Richard places a high priority on detailed scheduling of all subcontractors, consultants, and material suppliers, as well as ensuring their timely completion of work within schedule durations allowed. Mr. Richard, through his vast knowledge of building codes and drawing and specification interpretation, supervises and coordinates all field work placing the highest priority on a finished product that is in full conformance to all project drawings and specifications and exceeding customer expectations.
Mr. Richard possess a high-level competence and unequaled expertise in identifying and resolving design or field conflicts, using all the project resources available in reaching a mutually beneficial resolution to keep the projects’ schedules and budgets on track. Mr. Richard establishes and enforces job site quality control and safety programs to ensure a high-quality and safe completion of all construction. Mr. Richard is proud to establish and maintain an “Accident and Injury Free” and a “Zero-Punch List” culture on all projects. Mr. Richard also utilizes and leverages all the latest technology, the internet, and Construction software packages to manage field activities, have hands on review of project documents in the field, daily progress reporting, and progress photography.
