Brian Truglio
His extensive background also includes two decades of experience in project management and operations. Notably, he recently oversaw the financial management of the $2 billion Water Street development project in downtown Tampa.
At Florida Metal Building Services, Brian is responsible for all aspects of budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, and project cost control. He leads the accounting department and manages risk compliance, mitigation strategies, strategic planning, and growth initiatives for the company.
Throughout his career spanning over two decades, Brian has held similar leadership roles within commercial construction. He has worked with multibillion-dollar general contractors as well as specialty subcontractors—comparable to Florida Metal Building Services—in both New York City and Florida markets.
Brian holds a bachelor’s degree in business/accounting and a master’s degree in construction management. Additionally, he is recognized as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
